Nicole is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational management of Sheep Genetics, overseeing the delivery of genetic evaluation services, staff leadership, and support for Sheep Genetics members.
Stephen Field
Sheep Genetics Database Manager
Stephen is responsible for the management of the database, along with providing specialised genetic support for clients and staff. Stephen's role includes the transfer and retrieval of data from OVIS for all analyses. Stephen is also responsible for the maintenance and development of Pedigree Master software.
Ermias Zerazion
Sheep Genetics Database Manager
Ermias is responsible for the management and development of the Sheep Genetics database, as well reporting of Australian Sheep Breeding Values (ASBVs) through the Sheep Genetics search site. Ermias provides liaison and collaboration with MLA and Animal Genetics and Breeding Unit staff, and service providers to deliver genetic information to sheep industry customers and key stakeholders.
