How to create companies, flocks and make payments in the Sheep Genetics portal

Sheep Genetics are moving to a new accounts management platform designed to make managing your account simpler, faster and more user-friendly.

What is changing

1. Enhanced payment method
   • You will now be able to pay subscription fees and data upload fees directly in the portal for greater flexibility and convenience and a streamlined payment process.
   • There are no credit card fees as MLA covers all associated processing fees.
2. Self service account management
   • The new platform will allow you to update your own account and contact details at any time. 
   • You can easily see who is linked to your company and add new users when required.
3. Access to invoices
   • You will be able to view and download past invoices online making record keeping easier.

Please note: If you had an existing flock/account with Sheep Genetics we have created your company for you. 

• To access the company management, please click on your name in the top right corner, then choose My Company. From here you can access the Company Details, Flock Management, User Management and Purchase History information for your flocks.
